Return and Refund Policy

At kidpariz, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, we offer a straightforward return and refund policy to ensure your shopping experience is hassle-free.
1. Returns
You can return most items within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
- The return must include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- The item must not be marked as “final sale” or “non-returnable.”
How to Return an Item:

- Once you receive the return authorization, securely package the item and send it back to the address provided.
- You are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Refund Conditions:
- Refunds are only issued for eligible returns.
- If the item is damaged or missing parts not due to our error, we reserve the right to deny a refund.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or model, please follow the return process and place a new order for the item you want. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges.
4. Defective or Damaged Items

5. Sale and Clearance Items
Sale or clearance items are eligible for return only if they are defective or damaged. If these items are returned, we will issue a refund or exchange according to the terms outlined above.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
